What is Black Spot?
Black Spot is lichen (sometimes called Black Lichen) which thrives on stone surfaces in the damp and shady conditions that are so common in the UK.
These spores travel through the air by the wind and rain, landing in their millions, unseen, on your garden stonework.  Unfortunately Trying to remove the Lichen from the paving with a garden jet washer barley touches the sides. 

We provide a deep clean service which includes a treatment, typically we can remove the black spot in one visit but in very bad cases we may require a second visit where we will repeat deep clean application.

The best way to stop the lichen from returning once it has been deep cleaned is apply a good quality sealer to the stonework which will protect the area for upto 5 years.
